Job Description

Atmana Wellness & Spa is seeking an experienced and organized Spa Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the spa.

Responsibilities

The Spa Manager will be responsible for:

• Directing and controlling daily operations

• Evaluating daily operations

• Planning and organizing daily operations

• Establishing or implementing policies and procedures for staff

• Planning and controlling budgets and inventory

• Managing contracts for advertising or marketing strategies

• Hiring, training and supervising staff

• Addressing customers' complaints or concerns

• Supervising a team of approximately 11–15 employees

Requirements

Language: English

Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.

Work Conditions

This is an on-site position. The work must be completed at the physical work location, and there is no option to work remotely.
