Restaurant Manager – 1482244 Alberta Ltd. (Canco Hot Food)
Location: 5008 7th Ave, Saddle Lake, AB T0A 3T0
Work location: On site – work must be completed at the physical location; there is no option to work remotely.
Salary: $37.50 hourly, 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time
Schedule: Early morning, Evening, Shift, Flexible hours, Day, Weekend
Start date: As soon as possible

Requirements
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities
Evaluate daily operations
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
Monitor staff performance
Plan and organize daily operations
Set staff work schedules
Supervise staff
Train staff
Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
